A former U.S. Marine, struggling with dissociative identity disorder, is granted the powers of an Egyptian moon god. But he soon finds out that these newfound powers can be both a blessing and a curse to his troubled life.
This is not your typical superhero movie. This one is a little darker and deals with our hero being a person fighting some personality disorders. Like in the series Legion where it was difficult to navigate what was real and what was imagination, MoonKnight is more about what personality is in possession of the hero's body at any given time. The series premiere is out and it did not disappoint. Oscar Isaac does an impressive job playing the struggling hero at his best and worst. I will be watching this one for sure, and suggest you hop on for the ride. Let me know what you thought of the premiere.
