War movie with a little too much silliness - Wolf Hound (2022) - Review

Inspired by the real-life German special operations unit KG 200 that shot down, repaired, and flew Allied aircraft as Trojan horses, "Wolf Hound" takes place in 1944 German-occupied France and follows the daring exploits of Jewish-American fighter pilot Captain David Holden. Ambushed behind enemy lines, Holden must rescue a captured B-17 Flying Fortress crew, evade a ruthless enemy stalking him at every turn, and foil a plot that could completely alter the outcome of World War II.

This one starts out pretty good for a B movie. The story of an underdog situation where the one pilot that does not get captured when being shot down gets to save the day and all his fellow soldiers at stop the Germans. The second half of this movie turned into a Naked Gun-looking comedy where the villains turned into cartoon villains and ripped off their shirts for no reason and became almost impossible to kill until the final scenes. I was hoping this would be a hidden gem...I was disappointed.
