Trapped in your own private Hell - Severance (2022) Series - Review

Writer's picture: Dan BrooksDan Brooks

Mark leads a team of office workers whose memories have been surgically divided between their work and personal lives. When a mysterious colleague appears outside of work, it begins a journey to discover the truth about their jobs.

This is a creepy psychological thriller that starts off slow but just keeps building in tension as each episode passes. It takes some patience as the story builds but the weirdness of the story gives you a sick need to find out what will happen to the people trapped in this hell of an existence. What do you think you would do to free yourself from a prison that you were trapped in...knowing it was yourself that put you there, you can't remember why or how. Ben Stiller directs a creepy moody weird one with this series. Even the music is haunting and eerie. By episode 4 you will be hooked, so give it a chance and you might be surprised. If you only watch one episode you will think I am crazy. Let me know your thoughts if you survive to the end.
