This is an adult show and not for the faint of heart. The backstories are brutal and abusive and almost X-rated in nature. Be prepared for very graphic sex scenes and violence that could be something that could spark some trauma for some people. This show shows the other side of the world's oldest profession. It's dark and gritty and shows how some people have the fortitude to live through the worst of situations and still look for the beauty in life. This adult drama is not tame and will test the boundries of what you deem appropriate for television. It does have some great acting when people's clothes are on. Consider yourself warned.
