This was not the movie I was expecting at all. With this being the origin story of the Kingsman Agency from the Kingman movie franchise, I was expecting more tongue and cheekiness, but it was not really that kind of film. Don’t get me wrong there were lots of silly parts in this film, but they came near the end of the movie. It was divided into two very distinctive halves. The first half focused on the war and the duel between father and son and why Dad wanted to protect the son from the evil of man. The second half was the cheeky world-action movie from the franchise filled with crazy mission impossible tasks and accomplishments to save the world from doom. It was a crazy ride going from somber to silly, but I enjoyed the surprise. Give it a watch and let me know if you feel the same way.
