A pair of U.S. Navy fighter pilots risk their lives during the Korean War and become some of the Navy's most celebrated wing men.

This war movie is a balance between the heroic actions of soldiers and the constant struggle that black soldiers had assimilating into the military when not everyone had a more open mind like today. We sometimes forget how difficult the history is with this topic, and movies like this can sometimes showcase that struggle. Its a great find for war movie buffs and you should add it to your list if you are a history fan. There is an underlying story of friendship that develops, but there are some powerful and emotional scenes. I thought this one held its own, given the limited advertising I saw for it. It was a pleasant surprise.
