A prisoner on death row in the US and a woman trapped in a cellar under an English vicarage, cross paths in the most unexpected way.
This one was a little tough for me. The acting and idea around this show really intrigued me a lot. The premise has a great main character with a death row inmate trying to make peace before he is executed. The troubling part for me is the way Hollywood sometimes tries very hard to have you sympathize with the worst offenders. I get that the story is trying to show how anyone can be pushed into being a hero or a villain, but I think they chose a topic that was just too inflammatory. Hoping this one continues with some other subject matter.
