A mother joins an underground band of vigilantes to try to rescue her daughter from a state-run institution.

This Canadian movie about a dystopian future where the state uses our children for war after being brainwashed by the institution is a decent sleeper movie. The subtext of this movie is not hard to pick up on, as the Indigenous people are the vigilantes, that are fighting an oppressive state government that is trying to brainwash their children and steal them away from their parents. Hidden behind a backdrop of a future plague and any army with drones that do most of the hunting, this movie surprised me with the small budget but held my interest right up to almost the end, where it got a little weird, with no real explanation. If you watch this one, help me understand the ending. Maybe they ran out of budget and had to wrap it up, but I thought a different ending was coming.
