An alien arrives on earth with a mission: to learn to become human and find the one woman who can help save his species. Together they discover that in order to save his world, they must first save ours.

A re-imaging of the story that has been made into many movies takes on the small screen. This one has such a great premise, but halfway through the first season it gets kinda trippy and existential. Push through that feeling of quitting and it turns out to be a decent little story. If you are a SCI-FI fan you will like this take, and if you are not, then you might want to skip this one. So many outlandish characters, so its a fun ride. Let me know your thoughts if you give it a try. I find it interesting in all the end of the world scenarios we rarely save ourselves. Seems like we always need a savior. One part of this series I really liked was how the title on each episode was blended into the scenery. Small detail but it was a good one.
